Dr. Jamie Gray was born in St. Louis, Missouri, completing grade school in Atlanta, GA and high school in Dallas, TX. They completed a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in chemistry at Missouri State University before graduating from Kansas State University in 2024 with their Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine with a Certificate in Shelter Medicine.
Dr. Gray strives to strengthen the bond between pets and their owners and places a special emphasis on tailoring care to the means and expectations of pet owners. Their special interests are soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and dentistry.
Dr. Gray met their partner, Mark, during undergraduate chemistry lab, and has been married to him since 2017. Mark is finishing medical school at University of Kansas. Their two dogs, Jake and Sam, were adopted the semester after they met and are still going strong and have been joined by backyard chickens. During their free time, Dr. Gray enjoys family walks, puzzles, board games, and video games.
