Dr. Jenkins grew up in Wichita, KS and graduated from Kansas State University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Industry. She then graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Dr. Jenkins' primary area of interest is endocrinology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with her husband, Forrest and their two dogs, Leeroy and
Pixie.
