My hamster had passed away rather quickly, but I knew he passed comfortably because of what they had informed me and helped me understand. His passing was sudden, but I really appreciate the care and respect that these people provide. They treat you as a person with feelings. I received a card in the mail and it came with a website to use if I need help grieving. I cannot stress how great these people are. <3"
